I make a variety of seasonal jams from the fruit in our organic orchard and wild berries. Such as: Pear & Ginger Jam, Wild Blackberry, Apricot, Peach, Italian Prune Plum. I also prepare jams made from organic fruits, such as peaches and apricots from eastern Washington.
In the winter months I prepare marmalades from organic Seville oranges.
All are made with organic sugar.
